Taste the BULA spirit
by: Simione

Thank you for your inquiry of the 19th, and please accept my apologies for the delay in replying. As you understand internet connections in the outer islands disallow my tuning in whenever I'm on my rounds, to check on mail and the like.

Please forgive me then.

Anyhow your queries answered:

1. Fresh Samoan taro to Hawaii - FOB Suva price as advised on the private email sent to your ladyship. As the quote was FOB Suva, offshore charges including; freight, insurance and taxes will be on your account.

2. Frozen Samoan taro in 5 and 10lb reseller-label plastic bags, with your specifications - this is possible but you will have to allow me some time to negotiate a packing charge with the proposed packer company.

Could you send me a sample label you intend to use?

Special bag printing charges will apply and may require an advance of sorts to cover my back-end or an additional fee added onto the quoted price. Advise how you wanna handle this?

3. Small sweet pineapples - these are available and I will connect with likely farmers and advise asap.

4. Cost of containers to Hawaii, California, Guam and American Samoa - I will have to revert to you again with these details once my freight forwarder advises details.

That's it for now until we talk again, do take care and bless you.
