Below are 1-kilogram samples of fresh-out-of-the-ground pink taro headed for the lunch pot to be served with a pan fried piece of walu steak, raw coconut milk, onions, chillies, greens and a dash of lemon.

We hope you'll be able to join us and perhaps dive our great Astrolabe Reef with me in Kadavu one day.
