Im interested in buying taro for my new produce store. How can I order taro from your company?
Bula Sam,
Detail a few quantities and 'contact us':
1. Taro form: fresh or prepacked frozen taro,
2. if prepacked frozen; buyer or seller labels to use,
3. order quantity eg. 14 tonnes in Kg or Pound bags,
4. sea freight or airfreight,
5. delivery date,
6. delivery port, transhipment,
7. required documents for payment - these documents evidence shipment of your goods as well as the quality and quantity of the products and include:
a. packing lists,
b. invoices,
c. inspection certificates by government officers or your local agent,
d. documentation that evidences the shipment of goods - either 'bills of lading' for sea freight or 'airway bill' for airfreight, and
e. insurance policy
They also form the basis of the LC you'll be arranging with your bank for our payment, once the above documents are accepted by your bank.
9. Your bankers and Account name and both contact details.
10. any other peculiar matter (if applicable).
Once we agree on the critical issues, you then complete your LC arrangement with your bank who then gets you title to your taro before paying me.
I then follow-up with you (only when necessary) until you receive your taro.
Look forward to hearing from you.
