While at the time of writing kava is allowed into USA, Canada, Wales, New Zealand and most other countries, there are a few nations that still have unfounded barriers to Kava's entry.

While moves are afoot to rectify this, we suggest you check with your local member of parliament re: your country's status regarding kava, before placing your orders.

And of course we'd welcome hearing from you on updated restrictions and/or accesses so as to update this guarantee-and-shipping page.
